Providence Hill Building is a 52,000 square foot office building in downtown Fairfax City. Currently there are 363,000 square feet of vacant office space in the Fairfax City submarket. Vacancy is hovering slightly below 8%, for the first time since the summer of 2008, with an average asking rate of $26.00 per square foot.
