James Legat formed Legat Commercial Real Estate, LLC in 2020. During his 25 years in commercial real estate James has primarily focused on entrepreneurial and privately-held tenants and landlords throughout the Washington, DC. Metropolitan markets with a focus on the Suburban Northern Virginia market. Mr. Legat offers clients vast experience and knowledge in local submarkets with focus on creative deal-making in an effort to maximize profit for landlord clients and savings for tenants.
