In less than 100 days, Jonathan Chapin and Edgar Lacayo were able to fully lease 6,481 square feet of flex-office space in three separate transactions to subtenants for the remainder of the Seven Year Term. The aggressive subleasing efforts provided J&K Cabinetry the opportunity to recover approximately $435,000 on its excess office space, delivering significant value to our client.
