Since 2016, John has been licensed in Virginia and Washington DC. He specializes in land and development opportunities for builders and investors. Representing landlords and tenants for industrial and office lease transactions is another key function of his practice. Prior to real estate, John was a top performing sales professional in the government and commercial markets.
John earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Louisiana State University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute- Washington DC serving as Chair of the Urban Plan Committee and is on the Board of Trustees for Del Ray United Methodist Church in Alexandria, VA. Previously, he has been a youth soccer coach for Alexandria Soccer Association and a PTA member of Alexandria City Public Schools.
